B42 - Morbærhegnet (MH)

Morbærhegnet (B42 Department 21) offers 40 youth accommodations in a quiet part of Sønderborg. Originally built in 1982 and updated in 2013, the complex provides functional living spaces for students who value independence. The accommodations are divided into two distinct types: 20 units of 40 m² located on the ground floor with access to a small terrace, and 20 units of 34 m² on the 1st or 2nd floor, most of which include a small balcony. Every apartment features its own kitchen equipped with at least two cooking plates, a cooker hood, and a fridge. Each unit also includes a private bathroom. Please note that these accommodations are unfurnished, allowing you to bring your own furniture and style. A specific policy at Morbærhegnet is that smoking is permitted within the accommodations. Utility consumption (electricity, water, and heat) is settled directly with the utility companies. Residents have access to a joint laundry room and a parking area. Pets are not allowed.
