These include a private bathroom and access to a shared kitchen on the same floor. For those wishing to live with a partner or friend, there are larger 1-room units of 37 to 38 square meters. Additionally, the building contains a 6-room apartment of 137 square meters, which is fully furnished and includes its own kitchen, suitable for a group of five people.
